What is the maximum number of children that can fit in the room?

Rowdy’s party rooms can accommodate up to 24 children in a room.

Does the package include a birthday cake?

A birthday cake is not included in our party packages. You are welcome to bring in your own children’s cake ($5 cakage applies).  Please ensure there are no nuts in the cake. Alternatively we have Streets 1.5litre ice cream cakes for $17.

Will we have a table reserved for adult guests?

Yes. Rowdy’s will provide a table for 6-8 chairs for your guest to sit at. You are welcome to stay at your reserved table until you are ready to depart.

Can we bring in a cake for the adults?

Rowdy’s do not allow for adult cakes to be brought into the playcentre.  Only children’s cakes please.  Assorted Cake Platters are available for purchase starting from $25.

How long do we have the room for?

The party room is for 45mins.  In that time the children will enjoy their delicious party food and celebrate by singing “happy birthday” whilst having a slice of cake.

Do you have party bags or can we bring our own?

Yes we have party bags. They are $5.00ea or you can bring own. We do ask that there are no nut products in the party bag for we are a Nut-free zone.  We also ask that they be handed out at the end of the party.

Can we make changes to the menu?

Rowdy’s does not provide for menu changes.  Guests are asked to choose from either the Traditional Menu or Healthy Menu. We can add extra’s to each menu but we cannot swap or change the set menu’s.

How old is too old for a child to have a party?

Rowdy’s party’s are designed for children up to 11 years of age.

Can we run a tab or account for drinks for the adults?

Yes you can run a cash tab or account for your party guests.  Alternatively you can pre-purchase hot and cold drink vouchers to hand out to your guest.  You are also welcome to pre purchase any of our adult party platters.

Do we need to leave a deposit if I book a party?

Yes. A deposit of $100 needs to be paid within 2wks of booking your party to secure your place.  The balance of the party is to be paid on the day of the party when you arrive.

Do you have invites?

Yes. Once your deposit has been paid we can provide you with invites as these are included in all party packages. You can also download them off our website.

Do we need to bring in plates, cups, etc?

No. We set the room with individual plates, cups, napkins, bowls and lollipops. If you wish to bring in your own party hats and place them on the table you are more than welcome.

Do I need to provide names of the kids coming to the party?

Yes. We will require a list of all children’s Christian names by no later than 3pm Friday the week of your party. Rowdy’s will call you in the week leading up to your party to remind you of this.

Can I reserve a table in the café area instead of booking a party room?

Cafe tables can be reserved.  Please call to discuss options.  If your party has 6 or more children we encourage all parents to book a party room.

Can we arrive early for the party?

Yes. We strongly recommend all party guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the party room booking time as this will allow the children to play before the food is served and in case some guests are running late. e.g If you have the party room from 12-12.45 we ask that put on your invites a start time of 11.30.
